Mustang Stampede 5K Fun Run – Participant Waiver and Release

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Mustang Stampede 5K Fun Run on Saturday, November 14, 2026, I acknowledge that running and walking events involve risks, including physical injury, illness and weather-related hazards. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event and release Friends of Northside, Northside College Prep, their volunteers, sponsors and organizers from any claims arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence. I authorize event staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for me if needed.

I grant permission for photos and video taken at the event to be used in school and event promotion.

If registering a participant under 18, I am that participant’s parent or legal guardian and agree to these terms on their behalf.
